Evelyn Somers
Evelyn Somers has been an editor for The Missouri Review for many years, and she has also edited some thirty books, many of which have received awards. Her own stories have appeared or soon will in Georgia Review, Crazyhorse, Many Mountains Moving, South Dakota Review and others. She received a Barbara Deming Fund grant for her first novel, Preacher's House, which is currently under submission. She has also completed a collection of short stories and is at work on a second novel.
