George Ella Lyon
George Ella Lyon is the author of four books of poetry, a novel, a memoir, and a short story collection as well as numerous books for young readers. Her most recent collections are Many-Storied House (Univ. Press of Kentucky, 2013) and She Let Herself Go (LSU Press, 2012) . Married to musician/writer Steve Lyon, she is the mother of two sons. She works as a freelance writer and teacher based in Lexington, Ky.
