Katherine Hester

Eggs for Young America, Katherine L. Hester's collection of short stories, was awarded the inaugural Bakeless Prize by Francine Prose and named a New York Times Notable Book. Her fiction has also appeared in Prize Stories: The O. Henry Awards, Best American Mystery Stories, American Short Fiction The Yale Review. She has been a fellow at the McDowell Colony, Yaddo, theHambidge Center and Breadloaf. Hester lives in Atlanta with her husband and two daughters.
