Robert James Russell

Robert James Russell is the author of the forthcoming graphic memoir Hard Body (Simon & Schuster, 2027). His illustrations and writing have appeared in print and online at NPR, The New Territory, The Rumpus, The Florida Review, The Offing, Shenandoah, Gulf Coast, and Passages North, among others. A native of Michigan, Robert lives and works in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he curates a monthly newsletter about comics-making called How to Draw (w/ RJR).
